Very insightful and helpful beginner swim instruction

I’m benefiting tremendously from the lessons in this free module. Progressing through the steps is taking time, but the structured approach is exactly what I’ve needed. It’s helping me become much more aware of how to float and breathe—two areas I’ve always struggled with. I’ve tried both in-person and online instruction in the past, searching for ways to stop fighting the water, but nothing has been as effective as this. I only wish I had found it years ago when I was racing Ironman
