Learn to Pull???

The steps in the beginning were great.
And the images supported the instructions well.
However the “Learn to Pull” hardly has any useful information especially as this is a “No Swim Background required” guide. Very interesting to have an Endurance workout for people now learning to swim- might be a tad ambitious. Great initiative. Love your videos.

Всем привет, я уже довольно хорошо понимаю воду, Проплываю несколько кругов в бассейне, но я перфекционист и мне так нравится подход и система тренировок Кэйтлин что я стал делать начальные тренинги по ее программе и сразу Понял что мне нужно укреплять мышцы корпуса. И еще такая сопричастность к ее программе мотивирует плавать дальше и делает время в бассейне разнообразным

Clear and helpful to start with freestyle

The beginner's guide helped me after years of gasping for air to address Basic deficiencies with float and breathing (and ho. I would emphasize the easy to follow instructions addressing one topic at a time and fine graphical design.

However in the upcoming exercises using snorkel is fine but leaves open how to properly perform side breathing.
