I stumbled across Kaitlin's YouTube channel by chance and was very impressed by the quality of her videos. I then found this swimming program on her homepage and, given the very reasonable price, I was keen to give it a try. As I have been trying to improve my freestyle swimming for some time, I am particularly grateful for her program.
When I saw the first plans, I immediately realized that the workload is introduced gently. This week, I swam slightly longer intervals without any problems, something that was unthinkable for me before. Otherwise, I was out of breath after 50 meters.
Now I've already completed the second week and was able to improve my 100m time from 1:58 to 1:40 minutes. This improvement is also the result of Kaitlin giving me a great tip on breathing. I wrote her an email and immediately received a very detailed and motivating message from her. The technique exercises she recommends are also effective if you follow the instructions.
I like that you check your progress weekly with 100-meter tests and enter it in the worksheet.
In summary, I can say that this program is definitely worth using if you already know how to swim but are not yet making the progress you want. I would buy it again anytime.
