Hello, I think it is a great program. I am a 56year old master swimmer from Italy and I spent the last 5 years in getting technique and strength better to reach my goal to swim 50m free around 30sec and 100m free around 1 min. It is a long journey and I decided to subscribe gym lessons with a personal trainer and have a structured training program for speed with which I could train also by myself in addition to the rest of the training program. I can only use the program once a week because I am every day in pool and gym. Although I am only at the beginning of the second week I am more confident with speed but I will contact you separately to explain my needs and my training.
Best Regards

This program is a gem!! Just what I needed at the right time. I’m a triathlete who used to swim continuously without a structure or plan expecting to improve my pace until I found this video of Kaitlin’s talking about “yardage garbage” that got my full attention.
This program is so well structured and so well thought out I’m happy to report in my first week I dropped my pace considerably!
Don’t expect an easy swim! It’s challenging but you will get addicted to it! I’m so looking forward to where this program will take me at the end of the 6 weeks!
Thanks so much Kaitlin!!
I’m already faster after the 2nd workout. I can’t wait to finish the full program. Hopefully you will release more core workouts. Thanks 😊
The workouts are stimulating, instructive and periodized perfectly for a master's swimmer.
The responsiveness from Kaitlin is phenomenal if you have any questions about how to implement the program.
After I had been out of swimming for 2 months the Precision Training Plan has helped me a lot. Kaitlin is a fantastic coach and has managed to get the key points of swimming into this plan. A very complete plan with videos and explanations for those who want to become a sprinter in the pool. I am very happy with my progress and feeling better than ever. Don't wait any longer and I recommend you try this plan. "Follow your dreams, work hard, practice and persevere."
